getquin has changed more than most portfolio trackers since our original review. It still consolidates brokers and investments into one dashboard, but the paid product now adds DeepDive allocation analysis, benchmark comparisons, dividend forecasts, an AI agent that can discuss your actual holdings, and a Wealth plan with retirement projections.

We tested the current platform with a real multi-broker portfolio on the highest plan. The result is a more useful product than the old article described, especially for investors who can see account values but cannot easily answer three questions: what is driving performance, where is the portfolio concentrated, and whether the current savings plan supports a long-term goal.

getquin review: the short verdict

getquin is one of the best all-round portfolio trackers for investors with several accounts. The free plan is a sensible place to test an import. Premium is the strongest value for investors who want better performance, allocation and dividend analysis. Wealth makes sense when retirement planning and the included portfolio review will be used regularly.

The strongest part is the workflow rather than one feature. Imports build the portfolio. DeepDive exposes concentration. The AI agent explains the result in plain English. The planner shows how contribution, inflation and return assumptions affect a financial goal.

The main caveat is data quality. A missing transaction, transfer or purchase price can distort returns. AI answers can also be wrong. getquin is an analysis and planning tool, not a broker, tax service or investment adviser.

What getquin does

getquin combines investments, cash, liabilities and manually valued assets into a single net-worth view. Its core coverage includes stocks, ETFs, funds and crypto, plus real estate, collectibles, art, commodities and insurance. Market-linked assets update automatically; alternative assets often need manual values.

The company reports more than 500,000 users and over €20 billion of assets tracked. Its app-store listing advertises more than 2,000 bank and broker API connections, with manual and file imports available when a direct connection is not suitable.

This breadth is useful for people who have accumulated accounts over time. A broker usually gives a good view of the assets held there. getquin is designed to answer portfolio-level questions across every account.

Broker, bank and document imports

The account-import screen is the first feature to test. Supported connections span large international brokers, regional institutions, banks and crypto platforms. Availability and sync depth vary by country, institution and data provider, so a supported logo does not guarantee the same historical data for every user.

Open Banking can support daily updates when credentials are saved, but bank connections may require reauthentication after 90 days. Some broker links import full transaction history, while others may need a file or manual correction.

A useful addition launched in June 2026: the web app can use AI to import PDF, CSV and Excel documents. The workflow extracts securities and positions. getquin says it does not cover cash movements or crypto, and users must verify the imported records. In practice, that makes it a fast starting point for an unsupported statement, not an automatic reconciliation system.

Portfolio analytics and DeepDive

The dashboard covers value, performance, holdings and a top-level allocation. DeepDive provides the more revealing paid analysis. It breaks exposure down by asset type, region, sector and industry, making it easier to spot overlap between funds and individual stocks.

DeepDive maps portfolio concentration across asset type, region, sector and industry.

getquin supports several return views, including internal rate of return and true time-weighted return. That distinction matters when deposits and withdrawals are large enough to make a basic account-value chart misleading. Performance can also be compared with a benchmark over different periods.

Benchmark comparisons put the portfolio result in context rather than showing an isolated gain or loss.

The analytics also surface recorded costs, taxes and dividend income. They are good enough for portfolio diagnosis, but they do not replace an accounting ledger or country-specific tax report. Transfers and corporate actions deserve a manual check before you trust the return calculation.

getquin AI: useful analysis, with a clear warning

The AI agent is the flagship feature because it can discuss the connected portfolio rather than answer only generic investing questions. We asked how well diversified the portfolio was and what the main risks were. It identified an equity-only allocation, a heavy technology tilt, North American concentration and several large positions, then explained which portfolio data supported the answer.

The AI agent turns portfolio data into a readable explanation. Sensitive values have been obscured.

Other suggested uses include explaining recent returns, identifying risk drivers, reviewing dividends and costs, and finding potential tax-loss-harvesting candidates. The chat is especially helpful when it points you back to a specific exposure that you can verify in DeepDive.

Do not treat the answer as advice. getquin's own notice says the AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated content and should not be the sole basis for a financial decision. We would use it as an analyst that generates questions, then verify every important number in the source data.

Dividend tracker and income forecast

Dividend tracking is one of the most complete parts of the product. The portfolio view shows income received, trailing yield, yield on cost and payout growth. Forecast tabs estimate annual income, while the calendar shows expected payments by date and holding.

getquin combines historical payments, income forecasts and a dividend calendar.

The forecast is still an estimate. Companies can change payouts, currencies move and an incorrect share count will flow through to the result. For dividend investors, the consolidated calendar is much faster to use than checking every broker and company separately.

Wealth financial planning and retirement goals

Wealth adds a financial-planning workspace rather than another analytics screen. It models retirement age, expected pensions, desired spending, inflation, taxes, cash, investment returns and monthly contributions. Goals, real estate and future cash-flow events can be layered into the projection.

getquin Wealth retirement plan with goals and projected savings chart
Wealth turns retirement assumptions and savings goals into a long-term projection. Private balances have been obscured.

The value is scenario testing. You can change a contribution rate, retirement age or expected return and immediately see the effect. The output is not a promise and does not automatically model every tax or pension rule. It is a structured way to test whether the current plan is internally consistent.

The current Wealth page also includes one portfolio review with experts. This is separate from getquin Advisory, which has its own German terms and pricing. Do not assume the Advisory service is included with Wealth or available in every country.

getquin pricing in 2026

getquin's website listed these annual prices when we checked on July 17, 2026:

  • Free: €0 per year. Best for testing account connections and basic portfolio aggregation.
  • Premium: €89.99 per year. Best for investors who want deeper analytics, benchmarks and dividend tools.
  • Wealth: €149.99 per year. Best for investors who will use retirement planning, goals and the portfolio review.

Country taxes and fees can be added, and Apple or Google storefront prices may differ from the website. Check the final checkout price in your market.

Our value judgment: Premium is the sweet spot. It adds the features that turn a collection of accounts into a decision tool. Wealth is reasonably priced relative to Premium, but only if the financial plan becomes part of your review routine.

What changed at getquin in 2026

Three updates help explain the direction of the product:

  • May 2026 funding: getquin announced a €12 million round led by State Street Investment Management and Portage to accelerate its AI wealth-management strategy.
  • June 2026 AI document import: the web app added PDF, CSV and Excel statement imports for securities and positions.
  • July 2026 cash-account change: getquin began separating cash from investment portfolios. Cash is now handled as its own account type, which can change where an existing balance appears in the net-worth view.

Together, these changes show getquin moving from social portfolio tracking toward a broader wealth platform. The transition can also create short-term confusion, especially when a familiar cash position moves to a different part of the account structure.

Security, privacy and data accuracy

QUIN Technologies GmbH in Berlin is the controller named in getquin's privacy information. Account connections are designed to be read-only, so getquin can retrieve data without placing trades or moving money. The company also documents encryption and GDPR controls.

The AI document importer is web-only. getquin says files are processed through the OpenAI Business API and excluded from external model training and storage. Financial statements still contain sensitive information, so upload only what is needed and remove unneeded personal pages where possible.

The everyday risk is less dramatic but more common: inaccurate imported data. Verify opening balances, transferred positions, fees, corporate actions and cost bases. An attractive chart does not fix a broken transaction history.

Delta is a polished mobile-first alternative. Investors who care more about choosing the right brokerage account can compare our broker reviews or use BrokerMatch.

Final verdict

getquin earns its place by connecting aggregation, diagnosis and planning. The free tier lets you test the most important dependency, which is whether your accounts import cleanly. Premium adds the best everyday value through DeepDive, benchmarks and dividends. Wealth expands the product into long-term scenario planning.

Start with one representative account. Reconcile the positions and cost basis. Then ask a real portfolio question in DeepDive or the AI agent. If the answer is something your broker could not show you, the paid plan has a clear job to do.
